ALFI was created from a passion for fitness and wellbeing and as an extension of The Refinery E9 Studios in London – a community hub, where you could take fun and accessible classes without any judgment or preconceptions.

We felt the best way to bring you as many classes as possible whilst still keeping our ethos, was to use our knowledge and expertise mixed with high end technology in such a way that there are no limitations to being able to offer the same quality of classes, consistently and without losing our heart and soul.
We managed to film our wonderful teachers in mocap suits and translate their skills into Digital Avatars.
So ALFI was born!
